The formulae of a French deed that introduce a person or a place: a name after a civility, a notary, a maiden name, a cadastral reference, an address after demeurant or situé, a street address and a lieu-dit. A NER model misses these names and addresses most often, because the formula, not the words, says what they are. Meant for deeds, leases and client files, not for chat.
