piighost/fr-cadastre

A cadastral reference: one or two letters of section and up to four digits of plot number, after section, parcelle or cadastrée. A plot designates one owner, so it identifies the parties of a deed as surely as their names. A reference in a table cell without the word is not caught. It only matches after the formula that introduces it, so the value alone is not detected and the resilience check is off.
