Passport numbers for the ten countries the registry covers. Several share a shape, a letter followed by digits being the common design, so the label a value receives depends on which is declared first. The German pattern is deliberately absent: it and the Dutch one match each other's examples exactly, and no ordering satisfies both, so a cross-country group has to pick one. A German passport is still tokenised here, under the Dutch label, which protects the value and misnames it. For German documents use the de configuration, where the pattern stands alone. Use one country's pattern whenever you know the country; this group is for when you do not and a token is worth more than a precise label.
