Finnish personal identity code, the henkilotunnus: the birth date as DDMMYY, one century sign, three digits of individual number and one control character. The century sign is a plus for the 1800s, a hyphen or one of Y, X, W, V and U for the 1900s and one of A to F for the 2000s; the control character comes from the thirty one character set that drops G, I, O, Q and Z. Taken from the Presidio Finnish recognizer, which cites the population register authority. The control character is not verified, only its alphabet. Reproduced noise: the six digit date head is separately matched by IN_PIN when the day does not start with a zero, and a hyphen separated code has its leading part matched by DE_PHONE.
